How to buy from anywhere in the world

We've designed the process for Israeli buyers β€” bilingual, remote-friendly, with independent legal oversight at every step.

1

Video call & choose your property

We walk you through available plots and house models on a video call. No pressure β€” take the time you need.

2

Reservation & deposit

A small reservation deposit (typically €5,000–10,000) secures your plot and price while due diligence proceeds.

3

Legal due diligence

Your independent Romanian lawyer (we can recommend bilingual firms) reviews the title, permit status, and contract. We cooperate fully.

4

Notarized purchase

You can attend in person in Bucharest β€” or grant power of attorney to your lawyer. You do not need to fly for this step.

5

Construction & updates

Monthly photo reports and video calls from site. You see every stage of your home being built.

6

Handover & income

Keys handed over (in person or via trusted representative). Optional rental management service starts immediately.

Can Israelis own property in Romania?

Yes β€” with the right structure. Romanian law allows foreign nationals, including Israeli citizens, to own buildings and apartments in Romania. Direct ownership of land by non-EU citizens is restricted, so purchases by Israeli buyers are typically structured through lawful, well-established arrangements β€” for example a Romanian company or rights attached to the building β€” as your independent lawyer will advise for your specific case. Every purchase is completed before a Romanian public notary after independent legal due diligence. This is general information only, not legal advice.
